Thomas L. Frenn

Thomas L. Frenn is a Leading Lawyer in Elder Law, Litigation and Estate Planning. He focuses his practice on small business law, real estate, non-profit organizations, wills, trusts, estate planning,  probate disputes, and family disputes after death. He also has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including buying/selling, tax-free exchanges and eminent domain cases. 


  • Awards by the State Bar for serving as Business Law Section Chair and on the State Bar Board of Governors.  
  • Lecturer on Ethics for Non-Profits and other Business Liability.  
  • Tom coauthored the chapter on “Buying and Selling a Small Business” with Shawn Govern, which is a part of a nine-volume Business Advisor Series published by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
